I have lost my luggage. What can I do?

Your luggage did not arrive on the baggage carousel at the airport? I’m very sorry to hear that. We will make every effort with the handling agent at the airport to return your luggage. The handling agent is a local company we hire to handle all sorts of ground services at the airport on behalf of Transavia, such as luggage and check-in.


There are 2 ways to report missing luggage. This depends on the arrival airport. Sometimes you can do this online and sometimes at Transavia's luggage service desk.
