I entered a wrong name. What should I do?

If you have entered a wrong name, please notify Airtrade's Customer Service Centre as soon as possible. This also applies to your flight, hotel and car rental. 


For your Transavia flight, you can correct the name right away. See below for instructions on how to do this: 


You can modify a first name, surname, date of birth, gender and passport information via My Transavia. You are always allowed one free change per passenger. Do you need to make more changes? In that case you will pay a change fee. Once your change is completed, we will send you a new booking confirmation within minutes. 


This is how it works:


1. Log in to My Transavia.


2. On the overview page at the bottom, click ‘change passenger details’.


3. Enter the changes. You will immediately see any extra fees for the change(s).


4. Once you have finished making the changes and completed any required payment, you will receive a new booking confirmation with the changed details within a few minutes.
