I did not get the car I booked. What can I do?
You always reserve a category of car, not a particular make or model.
If you have been given a different category of car than the one on your Sunny Cars voucher, please report to the counter.
If you can't resolve it with the local rental company, call the Sunny Cars via the emergency number that is listed on your voucher.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee 100% that you will always get the rental car shown on the website. The rental cars are supplied by a local partner, not by Transavia Holidays. We also don't have any insight into the car inventory at your destination.
