I did not get the car I booked. What can I do?
We can’t promise that you will always get exactly the same car as in the photo. You always book a type of car but not a certain make or model.
The rental cars come from a local partner, not Transavia Holidays. We don’t know which cars are available at your destination.
If you have been given a different type of car than the one stated on your Sunny Cars voucher, go to the counter. If you can’t work it out with the rental company, call the emergency number on your voucher to reach Sunny Cars.
